How to get the most out of your dance class:

If you're new in town and not sure where to start taking classes, reach out to us and we can help point you in the right direction!

Make sure you're getting enough of a cardio workout in addition to stretching! Ride your bike, go running, or take a swim a few times a week to get your cardio in. Check out Donna Flag's Lastics for stretching!
